WHAT IS COVID - 19 DISEASE ?
Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease that is caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). COVID-19 has spread globally resulting in a coronavirus pandemic.

SARSPLEX is a unique multiplex antibody test that measures IgM, IgG, and IgA immune responses to the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The test is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for research use only.
Why test for IgM, IgG, and IgA? The mucosal (IgA) and systemic (IgM and IgG) immune responses aid in fighting the viral infection. Testing for all three antibodies is important to observe seroconversion and immunity in all patients.
