How can a patient order TICKPLEX?
It is important for patients to notice that TICKPLEX CANNOT be purcahsed directly from Tezted Oy. The patients can easily order TICKPLEX products through our partnered laboratories depending on where you are located and most convenient for the product shipment.
Is TICKPLEX CE marked?
Yes. In addition, our quality management is certified an ISO 13485:2016

How do patients know the lab test result and how long normally does it take?
Our partnered laboratory that the patients order TICKPLEX will be responsible for the result. It takes approximately 7 business days that the result is ready.
Does the insurance reimburse the patients for the costs of TICKPLEX?
The patients should contact his/her own insurance for the reimbursement policy.
